What is Flôka?
Flôka lets your customers build their own tools inside your product. They describe what they need in plain English and it appears inside your product, looking like you built it yourself, kept inside rules you set.
Who is Flôka for?
We're focused on business software platforms where customers keep asking for things that never make it onto the roadmap: spend management, HR and payroll, logistics, and practice management, typically companies with 50 to 500 people.
Do our customers need to know how to code?
No. They describe what they want in plain English, the same way they'd explain it to a colleague. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, no developer required on their side.
How does this stay on brand?
Everything is built to automatically match the look and feel of your product, so there's no manual check needed before it goes live. You can always see exactly what's been built before your customers do.
Do we start with our own staff or our customers?
Most teams start internally: your own staff building their own tools first. It's a fast way to see it working and build confidence before you open it up to customers.
What control do we have over what gets built?
You decide what your customers can see, what they can do, and how much they can spend, before anyone builds anything. Nothing is switched on until you turn it on, and one customer can never see another's information.
Is this just for engineering, or does it help sales and support too?
Both. Once it's set up, your account managers and support team can build a working fix for a customer's problem on the call itself, instead of logging a ticket and hoping engineering gets to it. It runs inside the same rules either way.
How does pricing work?
A licence per customer, plus usage on what gets built. You're free to charge your own customers for it however you like, which turns Floka from a cost into revenue.
What happens if we need to undo a build?
Every change is saved, so you can always see what changed and undo it in a click. Nothing goes live without a version behind it you can roll back to.
